At USESSENTIALSCO, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy on cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order confirmation.

  • Once an order is being processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

  • A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted for all cancellations to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and components.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Documentation, such as photos or videos of the received item, order number, and customer details, may be required.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed, but the customer covers return shipping fees.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection.

4. Exchanges

  • Replacements for shipping errors or carrier mishandling are provided free of charge.

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer will require the customer to cover the cost of reshipping.

5. Exceptions

  • Orders in transit cannot be canceled.

  • Pre-order or custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Unauthorized returns or lost/stolen packages after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

  • Returns due to customs delays, natural disasters, or force majeure are not eligible.

6. International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes on international shipments.

  • Returns or cancellations due to customs fees are generally not accepted.
